No. B-PLAN delivers a neutral requirement — resolution, HFOV, ONVIF Profile T, shutter, IR — any supplier can answer. The model catalogue only validates the choice; it is never an input to the calculation.
IEC/EN 62676-4:2014, with the DORI classification framework, and IEC/EN 62676-4:2025, with the OODPCVS framework — always in parallel. DORI and OODPCVS are not separate standards: they are the classification frameworks of each edition of the same standard. The report declares which was applied and one is never silently converted into the other.
